Product Description
Direct printing machine: one set 1 color & one set 2 color printing
occupying small space, each color printing with installation of an separate reducer box, which provides high transmission accuracy and printing precision. Each color will be dried by 2 heaters.
It's accessible to print one color in bag's front and one color in back or two colors both in front.
The rubber impressing roller and sample printing roller are controlled by cylinder,the whole process could be operated by hand or by auto. The automatic operation is controlled by auto tension, the printing process is synchronized with the blowing film machine.
Separate printing machine: Operated by semi-automatic refueling without stopping machine, which saves the time of changing roll to much degree. During the operation, the winding is with auto-tension control while unwinding with 2 levels tension control. In addition, an automatic deviation correction device has been installed in it to make sure the printing's precision and accuracy.
