XWY series auto-feeding sheeting machine feature:
1.this machine is used for high polymer mixture, and rubber stock can be sheeting stable.
2.the machine can sheet the master batch and final mixing, stock can be extruded from roller head at below 20℃degree of normal sheeting machine, so the machine is good for final mixing.
3.the area of machine is small ,and easy to match with up-stream and down-auxiliary machine.
4.the axial of machine is lean angle 15, there is no stock left in roller. (Please see drawing 3.)
5.outer roller of screw ,tapering double screw and roller head are jacket type structure, and cooled by water or heated by steam.(please see drawing 4)
6.the stock can be parting off by tapering double screw is with big screw diameter and distance of blades (please see drawing 3) . the big cavity of screw, and the heat can be absorbed and taking away when the screw and machine body connected with stock in order to ensure good cooling effect.
7.there is big conical degree of tapering double screw and a definite helical angle and depth of blade can ensure the stock be in best compressed situation, make high polymer mixture can be sent to nip of head roller stable ,at the meaning time avoid the mixture heating.
8.the roller can be separated with auto-feeding device by slide way easily, the big size of auto-feeding sheeting machine can rise roller to200mm, head double roller can be separated above200mmeasy to clean the mouth of auto-feeding device and roller.
9.big size of hopper , and can receiving the stock from dispersion mixer or bambury mixer.
10.the motor is AC invertor , speed is reliable.
