working Principle:
Vibrating hopper feeder composed of hopper, directional structure, supporting spring, magnetic plug base. The vibrating motor generates vibration force to the hopper body produce strong vibration; the vibration through the conical surface make the material convey to the discharge port. Cut off the power to stop vibration, the discharge can be stopped.

GZD series vibration hopper is a new type of vibration feeding equipment, installed in various silos bottom, so that material activated by vibration, can effectively eliminate the arch camber. Hoppers can be mounted on pedestal, or mounted directly to vibrating feeder pedestal to service. Each hopper is tested for hours with the product to make sure that it can be used in the production process immediately following delivery.
