JMDM-COM10DI10DO 10 Input10Output Single Chip Industrial Controller

JMDM-COM10DI10DO is independently research and development by Shenzhen jingmin digital machine Co.,Ltd. With industrial 20 points IO serial port controller, with 10 channels photoelectric isolation digital signal input, and 10 channels photoelectric isolation transistor output .Use single chip control input and output,also called 20 points single chip I/O industrial control, 10 input 10 output I/O serial port controller.

2. Performance parameters

1). Working power: DC12V - 24V 1A, AC 9V- 18V 1A,Stabilize and reliable.

2). 8 high performance single chip controller:

  Programme storage space:32K, data storage space:29K,data memory used to store data, the data will not lost after power failure.

3). Two kinds of communication interface: with RS232 and RS485 interface,can choose by short-circuit caps jump line. Can be used to upload programme and upper computer communication, remote sending signal.

4). I/O:

10 channels optoelectronic isolation digital input: the input voltage range is DC 12 v ~ 24 v; Also can be customized for 5V (before buying Special instructions), the input current is 5 ~ 10MA; Can be used to detect the external sensor input signals, such as photoelectric sensor,Infrared sensors, hall sensors, proximity switches, inching switch and so on digital quantity input devices, etc; Digital work instructions lamp: every channel digital quantity input has an indicator light, convenient observation input point working state;

10 channels optoelectronic isolation transistor output: NPN output form, the output voltage range: 0 ~ 30V , with 4A maximum output current, output status can be read back;

5), program download instructions: good connection between computer and controller serial communication line. Will use on STC - ISP download software compiled HEX file downloaded to the controller. (note: the download process there is a manual process of power and electricity). ;

6), system stability: with industrial-grade lightning protection, strong resistance to electromagnetic interference, high reliability, no crash phenomenon. Relay output by high frequency filter circuit, produce minimal harmonic; The system has high stability and long service life;
