Product Description
This production line adopts high efficiency single screw extruder, equipped with the PLC controlling system. It can ensure high capcity extrusion.
Machine Characteristics
1. The optimum spiral structure feeding throat highly improves the output of extruder.
2. Accurate temperature control system ensures materials melting performance.
3. Unique screw design achieves better plasticizing and high quality products. screw bolt adopts optimal design with mixing head in the same distance and diffrenct depth. It is equipped with a vertical reducer with high torque and is driven by AC motor. Barrel is divided into three zones for heating load distribution.

5. "H" shape frame to decrease vibrating of extruder.Vacuum sizing chamber with cooling tank: - Advanced vacuum calibrating method improves the cleanliness and hardness of surface. It adopts efficient vacuum calibrating technology with two cavities, and spray cooling flume in order to increase the finished product rate and meet requirements of production for high speed. - Suitable size of vacuum pump and two sizers are fitted to maintain accurate size of the pipe.
6. Advanced PLC operation system realizes synchronization and automation
7. Adopt automatic water temperature & level control and special independent filters on both vacuum and cooling tanks
8. Offer stable haul-off unit with 2-12 caterpillars.It adopts a multi-caterpillar pulling machine. Each caterpillar is driven by a dependent AC servomotor with even pulling force. The driven technology of digital controller realizes a precision speed adjustment so as to create a high synchronicity.
9. Provide saw & chip-free cutting options.It adopts a cutting machine with the high speed and precision design. Its cutting section is flat and smooth.A strong dust collecting device is provided for minimum maintenance.
10. High automatic level. The production line is controlled by PLC and adopts touch screen operation. All parts, like extruder, haul off unit, cutter etc can be conducted by touch screen synchronously. Low energy consumption, excellent performance, and easy maintenance.
