with PLC control system in the production line,reliable and stable performance
the auxiliary machine includes vacuum calibration and cooling unit,haul-off unit, cutting machine and stacker.
This production line is consisted by following parts:  
1. Two conical screw extruders keep a high output for the co-extrusion, when you want to make one layer board, only stop one extruder
2. T-die and distributor make the processing evenly (thickness is adjustable)
3. Shaping mould keep a good shape and high precision of the finished WPC foamed board
4. Cooling trial with two side blade cutting for the thinner sheet
5. Laminating device
6. Haul-off device with normal 8 rubber roller groups and two side saw cutting for thicker board
7. The auto saw cutter the dust collection device
8. Stacker

PVC WPC Door Board Production Line is adopted specially designed SJSZ80/156, SJSZ92/188 conical twin screw extruder. It adopts imported ABB and Siemens speed frequency converter. It chooses imported RKC and Omron temperature controller. It possesses the features of easy and reliable operation. The production line consists of conical twin screw extruder, moulds for door boards, forming moulds, calibrating cooling stage, caterpillar haul-off, transverse cutter and tilt stacker.
It can be used either inner and outer door board, partition, window sill etc. or PVC and PVC+ wood extruding foaming craft. The final products produced by the PVC door board extrusion line centralizes the characters of plastic and wood. It not only has special appearance effect, but also overcomes the shortage of wood. It has good processability as wood, and the proportion can be controlled in 0.6-0.9kg/m ³. It can be sawed, drilled, and planed by the wood working tools. The WPC materials and products have features of heavy acid bases resistance, water-proofing, corrosion resisting, anti-moth, anti-aging, static-free and flame retarded.
