Product Description
1.The machine is design by SINGLE-screw, its extrusion capacity can be achieve to 250300kg/h.
driving system offers more stable and quiet running with higher precision and bigger cutting power. It is easy to use and maintain.

Head die mould is made of high grade bearing steel and surface is processed by slow wire-walking, which guarantees high precision and long lifespan up to more than 30,000hrs.The die-head width is 1300 mm, use particular flow channel design, the die-head use by differential adjustment screw to modulate the die-head's size, adjust easy and fast, and it will makes the sheets become clear and even.
3.Processed sheets: PP, PS, PE,, PVC, thermoplastic.
4.Sheet width: 600-1500mm. Sheet thickness: 0.3-2.5mm.
5.Adopted 3kW servo motor offers high smooth and precision driving power.
6. High efficient Germany brand far-infrared ray heaters connected with solid relay. automatically controlled by PLC controlling system guarantees high uniformity heating and much energy savin
7.Whole machine is controlled by PLC. Main parameters are easy to be set on touch screen.Whole machine is produced according to CE standards. Quality is controlled under ISO9001:2000 system.
