Product Description
plastics extruder line is special used in producing PP,PE,ABS thick or thin plate. It can be equipped with longitudinal sew and cross sew to produce different products. The unit adopts exhaust extruder. It adopts computer-control system whose elements are imported. The stability of the whole machine is improved greatly. It carries out man-machine dialogue and complete monitoring function. The production line can produce products whose Max width is 2350mm, whose thickness is 30mm.
The sheet made by the production line is mainly used in construction decoration, toilet ware, inside decoration of vehicles, boxes and bags, medicine, chemical and others. 3. extruding processing :
The plate extruding machine is used to process granular plastic into sheet plate material, through the processing of heating, extruding and rolling, the sheet to be used of thermoforming machine.
a. Screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design.
b. Coat-hanger type die uses a special double flow design which allows more precise adjustment to sheet thickness. Temperature control of plus or minus 1 °C can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness.
c. Calendering three rolls machine adopts vertical lifting method.Sheet thickness control with a two-way roller screw adjustment and precise control of sheet thickness can be adapted.
d. The roller temperature control system can precisely control the temperature ensures sheet thickness uniformity.
e. Screen changer and mould: The quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing without material-leakage. Reasonable structure of mould should be chosen in terms of material, whereas moulds of clothes-rack mode are widely accepted to regulate flow-distribution and guarantee even thickness of plates (sheets).
