2.Adopting spiral die head ,ensuring stablility for high speed extrusion .
3.It is equipped with accurate vector measuring feeding system in the world .Which is an equipment to control the continuous precise feeding according to pipe producing speed . The system with extrusion machine realizes closed-loop control.In the production process ,the system can automatically control the extrusion quanity in unit time and hte corresponding feeding quantity, namely, when faster or lower
the production speed , only need to adjust the hualing speed . the control system will accurate calculate the extrusion and feeding quantity automatically according to the hualing speed , to ensure precise control of the pipe weight per meter at any production speed.
4.it adopts a multi-catepillar pulling machine and the imported frequency regulator, ensuring roundness of the pipe and a precision speed adjustemnt so as to creat a high synchronicity.
5.the cutting type is planetary cutting ,having an accurate synchronous controlling system and ensuring a flat and smooth cutting section
6.it adopts the imported new generation PLC computer controlling system.
