SJZS65/132 UPVC profile Unit, is a new type high speed extrusion equipment which comes from the foreign advanced technique. It is composed by SJZS-65X22 conical twin screw extruder corresponding extrusion dies, calibrating unit, caterpillar traction, length-keeping device ,stacker etc. The extruder adopts frequency timing, the screw has the special design to improve the 50% extrusion capacity but save 20%~30% power. The hard-teeth gearbox can continuously work for a long time without any fault. The calibrating platform is adjusted by electric to supply the enough vacuum and cooling , it is convenient to change the mould. The traction and cutter is synchronous, steady running, long life. The whole production line has high efficiency, good performance. The main machine and auxiliary are synchronous running , the ideal equipment of producing the Upvc Profile.
