Product Description
1SJ90X25 plastic extruding cold cutting and granulating set is mainly composed of SJ-90X25 single screw plastic extruder, corresponding extruding head machine, cooling water tank, dryness device, cutting granule machine, and so on. The set has the characteristics of compact structure and good performance. The screw and screw roller are well designed and adopts alloy steel 38CrMoAIA in high performance to process. It makes the whole set has the characteristics of good plasticizing, stable performance, high output and it can work for a long time. The screw roller of the main machine adopts aluminum casting electric heater to warm up, exact instrument to control the temperature. The hard-tooth surface gear box can continously work for a long time without any problem.
