The PE large diameter pipe production line adopts high effective single screw, the specially designed screw is from Germany technology, with the special components which promote the screw mixing and plasticfying . Assemble with the high torque, high temperature controlling precision , which ensures the screw uses the total recycling material to produce the PE winding pipes , which also ensures the high speed, quality extrusion .
The specically designed composite head die , ensures the uniform thickness , and all kinds of thicknesses can be adjusted , two mian machines supply the material together, ingenious design , high effective composite technique, to ensure the high quality product.
