PVC/PE spiral steel wire reinforced hose extrusion line is used to produce PVC soft pipe with steel wire reinforcing. It consists one extruder , spiral steel wire forming unit, cooling bath, haul-off unit, winder.
PVC/PE sprial reinforcing soft pipe production line adopts high speed and efficiency extruder, can guarantee the quality of plasticization and capacity. Special design for steel wire winding machine makes the steel winding evenly and consistently. Extruder head die also adopts special design, which makes the finished pipe more transparent and the steel wire uniformly distributed.
