Product Description

Machining swarf put into the slot is deoiled inside the rotary bucket. It moves along the wall surface, then is ejected from the bucket and drops from the ejecting slot. Removed oil is recovered separately from the drain.
Working principle
The chip conveyor brings a specific quantity of oiled machine swarf from the cutting machine to the rotary bucket.
The rotary bucket rotates at high speed.Deoils machining swarf centrifugally.
Removed oil is recovered separately from the drain.
After deoiling,the new machining swarf is brought into bucket,and then the old swarf is ejected from the ejecting slot.
