lPerformance and Application
QPYF series oil skimmer is composed of reducing motor, oil adhesive belt, drive shaft, shell and oil gathering box etc. The reducing motor drives the main shaft to drive the driven shaft to rotate via oil adhesive belt; depending on the difference of physical compatibility performance between water-based cutting fluid and floating oil, the oil adhesive belt immerged in the oil and fluid mixing area may stick to the floating oil, and then the floating oil is removed by the oil scraper to the oil collector.
Characteristics
This machine is mainly applied to remove the floating oil of cooling fluid tank during wet processing. It is featured in compact size, durability, stable and reliable performance. As to the level of floating oil and the fluctuation range of fluid level, customers can select different models according to the size of water tank and the amount of floating oil.
