This machine is mainly used for regeneration and granulation of HDPE and LDPE film materials, integrating the functions of raw material transport, crushing (hot granules), extrusion and granulation. The crushing barrel is driven by a high-power AC electromotor, block materials can be directly blanked without crushing, and the main extruder adopts an especially-designed screw structure which is beneficial to compression, conveyance, plasticization and exhaust of crushed film materials, and improves the granulating quality. The temperature of the machine cylinder is controlled precisely through a digital high-precision thermal-controlled meter, a high-power cast iron heater and a low noise cooling fan, thereby guaranteeing the plasticized quality of the materials.
