Capability Feature:
(1)The roll is produced by centrifugal compound casting technology, which has high hardness, good abrasion resistance and long working life.
(2)Surface of the roll is made of alloy material (Ni Cr Mo), thickness is 25-35mm, working life is long.
(3)The inner part of the roll is made of ductile iron, which has high tensile strength and bending strength. Broken roll never happens.
(4)The structure is double nut and one guide screw, which can accurately adjust the distance between the rolls.
(5)Low energy consumption and high output. The cracker can produce 20-25 meshes powder 15 tons/24 hours.
