1. Main application: being a key device to be used in the pretreatment process of the vegetable oil processing enterprises and to roll the oil plants like soybean, peanut, and cottonseed. Depending on the rolling effect among rolls, the crushed oil plants can be rolled into slices for increasing the specific surface area of oil plants, for fully absorbing moisture and heat, and for further providing more powerful conditions to the follow-up oiling process.
2. Technical advantages:
(1) The centrifugal composite casting process is used for producing the roller whose outer layer is made of high nickel chrome molybdenum alloy characterized by high hardness and good wear resistance; and whose core is made of ductile iron characterized by strong strength and high toughness.
(2) The hard alloy layer at the outside of roll is greatly increased in thickness and the service life of roll is dramatically prolonged.
(3) The device is cooled in the manner of drilling circumferentially and water cycling. The effect is obvious and the phenomenon of rolling up is effectively avoided.
(4) The distances among rolls are adjusted on the action of hydraulic system and hand wheel, which makes it more quickly and accurately.
(5) By virtue of heart through roll shaft and high-precision balancing technology, the vibration caused by centrifugal force at high speed is effectively removed.
(6) The multi-level magnetic separation device is used so that the roll is avoided damaging by the hard impurities in the raw materials.
