Medium traversing servo robot
APPLICABLE ON CLAMPING FORCE OF 200TONS TO
450TONS PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
Standard traversing axis is drove by servo motor, converter motor is optional, saving cost. The vertical arm is drove by cylinder.
The robot traversing adopts servo motor and accuracy control system with accuracy to ±0.1mm. It can be adjusted on a percentage scale and adopted two German RexRoth high-rigidity and low noisy linear slides, it is high-speed and low noisy.
The vertical arm adopts import high rigidity linear slide and aluminum alloy beam. It can reduce the highness of up/down arm substantially because of the specail designed belt, not only increase the speed up and down, but also lower the highness of factory building.
It can be selected low-speed function, quickly removed from the mould and placed carefully outside of machines avoiding hurting person.
Handheld control system adopts conversational operation which can be selected multiple languages view powerful function, and supports many groups of extension input/output to improve the automatic manufacture. Self-diagnostic system continually monitors input/output status and stores recent error message records.
It can inspect the air presure automatically, if it is not safe, it will filp the prevent dropping cylinder, avoiding dropping the arm.
The robot complys with EUROMAP12 or SPI rules and the standard interface forming by the connection between EUROMAP12 or EUROPAP67 and molding machine.
