Product Description
This production line include vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, Impact Crusher, ball crusher, elevator, vibrating screen, and belt conveyor and so on.The customer can select the different e equipment combination to meet different technique requirements.
The production processing:
The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed material is transferred to impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen to divide 2 kinds' different size stones. The material with suitable size will be transferred to sand making machine to make the sand, after being washed, then clean final products will be discharged. The other material with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, and then will be transferred to the impact crusher for further crushing, and then send to the sand making machine again for the sand making, this is a closed and manifold cycles.
Features of finished products
Sizes of final products will be according to our customers' requirements. If it is the dry process, the classifier and duster will be attached according to customers' requirements.
