80-100 TPH Granite Crushing Plant Process:
Granite are fed into the PE600*900 jaw crusher evenly and gradually come out by zsw380*96 vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. Then the discharged material will be transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing; After the second crushing, the materials will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the qualified materials will be transferred away as final products, while the unqualified materials will crushed again in the impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. The size of final products can be adjusted according to customers' specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.
