Products features:
Models apply air clutch brake with small starting current, allowing operation modes of "Inching", "Single Stroke" and "Continuous Running". The main sliding table can automatically stop at its rear position while operated under "Single Stroke" and "Continuous Running" modes, so as to obtain maximum space for adjustment.
Enclosure cutting off die and knife deliver a clear and perfect cross section of blank for forming.
The cut off roller is designed at the center of the cut off rod to avoid eccentric force occurred on the roller pin, so as to obtain high efficiency and stability of the cutting mechanism.
Front knock-out (P.K.O.) actions coincide with back action of main sliding table, allowing the forged parts temporarily stay in the forming die, instead of being taken away by the punch.
The machine main parts such as the bench, main sliding table etc has been treated for removing the residue stress after casting to avoid any deformation and keep stable precision of the machine in long term.
