1. The mechanical feed adopt the way of round revolving swing with the clamping force which comes from pneumatics. So when the machine is in the state of high speed rotation, the work can still be reliable and there will be a automatic stopping alarm while the machine cutting the short material.
2. Stationary mould's preshoot device and sliding way mechanism are linked by mechanical system, which makes the adjustment highly convenient. And also there is an overload protection.
3. The way of ratch screw die ratchet is adopted in feed system which was quite reliable and convenient to adjust.
4. Because of the implement of cross movement of the driven machine is by the use of double overhead camshaft which is above the transmission shaft, the operative compatibility of the machine is very easy.

Main features of

1. Models apply air clutch brake with small starting current, allowing operation modes of "Inching", "Single Stroke" and "Continuous Running". The main sliding table can automatically stop at its rear position while operated under "Single Stroke" and "Continuous Running" modes, so as to obtain maximum space for adjustment.
2. Enclosure cutting off die and knife deliver a clear and perfect cross section of blank for forming.
3. The cut off roller is designed at the center of the cut off rod to avoid eccentric force occurred on the roller pin, so as to obtain high efficiency and stability of the cutting mechanism.
4. Front knock-out (P.K.O.) actions coincide with back action of main sliding table, allowing the forged parts temporarily stay in the forming die, instead of being taken away by the punch.
5. The machine main parts such as the bench, main sliding table etc has been treated for removing the residue stress after casting to avoid any deformation and keep stable precision of the machine in long term.
