Product Description
Dyneema rope, or called synthetic rope, plasma rope, is manufactured from Dyneema fibres.
Dyneema Braid is a light weight rope with extremely high strength and very low stretch characteristics. Dyneema Braid is manufactured with a polyester cover to provide good abrasion resistance. The core coating provides adhesion between core and cover braids to prevent cover bunching at high load points. Dyneema withstands shock loadings and has a tight knot radius. Applications include sheets, halyards, checkstays, downhauls, outhauls, control lines, running backstays, topmast backstays, reefing lines, cunning hams and barber haulers. Safety note - international standards recommend that safe continuous work loads should be 1/6th of the maximum breakload.
regular rope diameter from 4.2mm-20mm, breaking pulling strength is 1750KGS to 36000KGS.
We often apply 9mm rope on 9500lb winch, 9.5mm rope on 10000lb winch, 10mm rope from 12000lb winch, 10.5mm rope on13000lb winch.
