LBZ-LE Automatic Paper Bucket Forming Machine is developed on the base of absorbing foreign advanced technology and designed according to the market requirement. It is an automatic multi-working-station machine with photosensor detecting, failure alarming and counting. In this machine, adopt ultrasonic system to seal the cup-side body, so it is available for making super size paper bucket both one-side and two-side PE, such as the family bucket in KFC, Mcdonald's tec. The procedure as following: automatic paper feeding, sealing, silicon-oil lubrication, bottom punching, two-step bottom heating, knurling, curling, bucket discharging and water line rolling.
