Product Description
PS foamed picture frame production line uses a SJ65,SJ90,or SJ120 etc single screw extruder equipped with the inverter, imported electronic component which can get wide asjusting range and precise temperature control.
The down stream equipment is composed by special designed dies/moulds, water cooling tank, haul-off machine, hot stamping machine and embossing machine to produce different color and different types PS products.
The stable haul off unit and cutter guarantee the precision of production.
The hot stamping machine and embossing machine are designed and manufactured according to foreign samples. The quality highly. but price is very favorable.
