This production line can continuously producing single-layer ormulti-layer boards.

Using world-famous equipments and combining with our many yearsboard producing experience and technology, this prodcution line can continuouslyproducing single-layer or multi-layer boards with the width less than 3000mm andthickness between 1---30mm.  

main equipment :

Extruder: Appropriate single-screw extruder(exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Speciallydesigned screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the goodplasticization, high output and stable extruding.

-Screen changer and mould: The quick screenchanger of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing withoutmaterial-leakage. Reasonable structure of mould should be chosen in terms ofmaterial, whereas moulds of clothes-rack mode are widely accepted to regulateflow-distribution and guarantee even thickness ofboards.
-Three-roller calendaring machine: Inclined andvertical three-roller calendaring machine should be chosen according to thethickness of the boards.
Temperature controller operates separately and gapamong the three rollers can be adjusted freely, and the central roller hasspecial design of regulating angle. Both ensure the excellent calendaring effectand even thickness of boards.
-Bracket of cooling roller:Equipped with corresponding guide roller, the cooling effect is better. Inaddition, the edge-shearing device equipped can guarantee fixed width of boardsand quality of edge.
-Landscape orientation cuttingmachine: It is of length-fixed cutting with cutting precision less than2mm and adopts alloy blade or rigid alloy saw bit to ensure the good cuttingeffect and constantly stable performance.
-The winder: Itis of friction winder and other forms as well can be supplied according tocustomers'requirements
