Product Description
WPC foam board making machine adopts international technology, use PVC compounding with nature fiber powder as the raw material, employs high efficiency conical twin screw extruder, which can produce recyclable WPC board with such advantages as environment friendly, corrosion-resistance, damp-proof, moth-proof, distortion resistance, and can be processed under the same processing conditions as wood products. The WPC products are popularly used as the building board, partition wall aboard, plank on storage rack and furniture board, etc.
The extruded product with this tooling has the advantages of plastic profile and the qualities of wood, such as good hardness, good rigidity, long service life, and good machine ability. The end product is resistant to the weather and is environmentally safe. Applications for this product include door thresholds and high impact areas.
