PET sheet machine

1.The screw adopts special PET features of good mixing effect and high plasticity to ensure complete melting with even color, and high extruded volume.
2.Clothes-rack style die head adopts special design of double throttling, which ensures precise adjusting of plate thickness.
3.Temperature control of ±1°C can accurately control the plasticity process as well as the thickness and flatness of the extruded sheet.
4.Horizontal or vertical platform can be freely adjusted up and down.
5.Plate thickness control adopts screw adjusting and oil press-wheel two-way adjusting to make sure of the exact thickness.
6.Press wheel of 350mm or 400mm diameter and double loop cooling system match with moulding temperature controller to accurately control the temperature of the press wheels thus control the plate thickness.
7.Slice cutter ensure accurate dimensional figures.
8.The furling platform device adopts advanced torque motor, matched with four-axis automatic strain control can freely adjust the furling speed and strength to make sure of the flatness of thin sheets; and matched with stripping device can freely adjust sheet width. And this lline also has automatic meter-calculator to fix the sheet length.
