Product Description
PC/PE/PP hollow board is applicable to construction decoration, advertisement collocation, and noise insulation of highway as well as packaging. PE/PP hollow grid plate is an ideal substitute for paper box in making packaging box. It is characterized by light weight, high intensity, dampproof, and anticorrosion.The width of the products is 800-2100mm, and the thickness is 2mm-12mm.
Introduction
1) Special extruding screw systems, precise manufacturing data,
temperaturecontrols and speed adjusting systems ensure a good
plastic and stable goodextruding
2) Dies excellent cr-plated heat resistant steel alloy is appliedfor T-dies,
which flowing channels are of clothes-hanger type design, withexcellent
flow distributing systems, to make sure that flows can go evenlyto all
the whole dies. A adjusting system equipped onto up and down die
lips, to make sure that all sheets have good and even up and down
wallthicknesses
3) Vacuum former vacuum system and forming system are welldesigned
and located; equipped with a quick heat exchange die, formingsystem.
The cooling system is well and precisely located among vacuum
systems in good orders; vacuum systems are composed of 2
independentsub-systems, each of them are equipped with many
triangle type close-circuitvacuum tubes; all close circuit systems are
equipped with vacuumconditioning and monitoring systems, to make
sure to have a stable and evenvacuum degree on all sheet surfaces
4) 4 haul-offs. The 1st one is big powerand of big decelerate ratio,
equipped with many rollers, it has a excellentlow speed working, while
its big hauling-off can draw sheets evenly out fromvacuum former; The
2nd haul-off draws sheets out from heating oven; The 3rdand 4th
haul-off are for transmission and unloading
5) Heating oven(annealing oven) working together with the 1st and 2nd
haul-offs, itsmulti-zones infrared constant temperature heating systems
give goodannealing to sheets, improving all sheets flatness
6) A precise autoshort-time fixed length cutting systems and auto a lift
type unloadingsystem are equipped
7) Electronic control both panel control and PLC controlsystems are chosen
by our customers, all data of whole line (such as rpm ofscrew,
temperatures, pressures and capacity) can be well controlled, thusthe
whole line can work together perfectly
