A. introduction:
1.The whole wood plastic door board extrusion line is composed of Extruder, Molds, Vacumm forming table,Haul off machine, cutting machine and stack machine.
2.The conical extruder can be chosen according to customer's real capacity request.
3.Extruder barrl screw specail design for all types of pvc wpc powder.
4.Screw material: high quality alloy steel,38CrMoAlA, treated by Nitrogen,nitriding depth: 0.5~0.7mm, surface hardness: HV740 ~ 940.
5.Screw inner temperature control: thermostatic apparatus.
6.Barrel material: high quality alloy steel,38CrMoAlA.
7.Production line system:AC motor,ABB frequency speed governor,Japanese RKC temperature controller,SIEMENS contactor.
8.Molds adopts stainless steel 3Cr13 or 3Cr17 material.
9.Vacumm forming table: Water tank and flume are all adopt stainless steel material.
