The bowl is sedimentation type without holes on its wall, easy to repair. The tunable skimming pipe flow out the liquid phase. It does not need the filter cloth. The bowl rotates with high speed, heavy material is deposited on the wall of the bowl(outer), light material is on the liquid baffle(inner). Because the constant feeding, the light material is drawed off by the skimming pipe because of the centrifugal field. When the sediment reach the specified requirement, stop feeding, shut up the power, then discharge the slurry manually from the bowl. Now it finishes a working cycle.
This machine is a cleaning-type equipment. Both the external surface of the main body and all the contact parts with materials are made of anti-corrosive steel, and the upper cover is in the enclosed form, fitted with feed inlet, washing hole, porthole, observe hole, and watch glass, in clean and sanitary main-body structure, in compliance with the certification standards on equipments of GMP enterprises.
