Brief introduction of sand making line:
Sand making plant can be used to produce aggregate and artificial sand by hard limestone, granite,
basalt, pebble, metallurgical slag, etc. It is widely used in hydroelectric station, building materials,
highway, railway, urban construction, etc.
Our company can provide sand making plant with capacity between 30 t/h and 500 t/h. Cone crusher, dedusting equipment, sand washing equipment can be added according to customers' special request.
Flow introduction of sand making line:
Sand making plant generally consists of hopper, vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher,
VSI sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine and several sets of belt conveyor.
Equipment can be changed according to customers' material size. Materials are fed evenly by
vibrating feeder to jaw crusher for primary crushing, then to cone crusher for secondary crushing,
finally to VSI sand making machine for sand making process. Sand with suitable size can be washed
by sand washing machine after being separated by vibrating screen, bigger materials will return VIS
sand making machine for sand making process. The plant is closed cycle to improve equipment
efficiency and reduce resource waste.
