1.General information
Our Company has researched and developed the FBHS series , non sparking safety Chain hoist according to the national standard of chain hoist JB/T7334 .After non sparking performance evaluation by the national Department they meet the explosion-proof product requirements .Now after many years market sales , we received high praises from the general customers .
2.Material
(1) Materials Al-cu,Be-cu
(2) Aluminum-copper alloy explosion-proof tool is synthesis of precious metals, smelting, forging and tool made of the surface yellow. Beryllium copper alloy explosion-proof tool for this is a synthesis of military materials and precious metals, made of tool surface is also yellow.
(3)Aluminum-copper alloy explosion-proof tool HRC over 25°. Beryllium copper alloy explosion-proof tool HRC over 35 °.
(4)Tensile strength of aluminum-copper alloy over 75-85kgf/mm.. Beryllium copper alloy tensile strength over 105-120kgf/mm.
(5)Aluminum-copper alloy in ethylene concentration of 7.8% of space, beryllium copper alloy in the hydrogen concentration of 21% of space to ensure safety.
(6)Aluminum-copper alloys are more applicable to conditions of pressure equipment and explosion-proof less stringent requirements on the environment (gas stations, small oil depots, etc.). Beryllium copper alloys for refineries to switch gas stations, gas production plants, drilling crew and so on.
