Thrust roller bearing is used to endure both the axial and radial combined load, but axial load takes the main part, but radial load should be less than 55% of axial load. Compare to other thrust roller bearings, such kind bearings have lower friction factor, high rotation speed and function of self-aligning. The rollers of 29000 series bearings are unsymmetrical form sphere rollers, it can minis the relative glide between rollers and rollaway nest, moreover, it has a great amount rollers with longer length and bigger diameter, together with high carrying capacity, it usually adopt oil lubrication, but it also use grease lubrication during very few slow speed. When choose type during design, we should choose following types in prior, 80000 series thrust cylindrical roller bearings, 90000 series thrust taper roller bearings and thrust needle roller bearings, both these can endure unilateralism axial load, meanwhile its carrying capacity of axial load is much more bigger than thrust ball bearings, together with the advantage of high rigidity and small holding space in axes. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings and thrust needle roller bearings are suitable to use in the situation of low speed, the rotation speed of thrust taper roller bearings is much quicker than thrust cylindrical roller bearings.
