Sample preparation
1) [ whole blood] Collect whole blood using a suitable anti-coagulant, 1 drops, add 3 mL buffer ,shaking properly , take 2~3 drops for assay,
2) [Tissue] Take tissue with no fat about 1~2 g,homogenize samples competely , add 3mLbuffer, shaking properly, take upper layer 2~3 drops for assay.
3) [ Serum] Take 1 drops serum ,add 3mL buffer, shaking properly, take upper layer 2~3 drops for assay.
