But cutlery is harder than Stainless Steel 430 Sheets , which are softer and much closer in physical properties (durable, flexible, bendable) to the 300 series sheets sold as food and industrial grade steel. Stainless Steel 430 Sheets magnetic stainless also have a brushed finish similar to the 300-series.
