Type Stainless Steel Plate 301 (S30100) is an austenitic stainless steel with a nominal composition of 17 percent chromium and 7 percent nickel.Stainless Steel Plate 301 is a commonly available austenitic stainless with good corrosion resistance and elevated carbon to allow for cold working to a variety of tempers. Stainless Steel Plate 301 can be obtained in the annealed, 1/4 hard, 1/2 hard, 3/4 hard, full hard, extra full hard and high yield tempers from both producers and distributors.
