Product Description
This combo 1000 automatic rewinder series is suitable to produce jumbo bathroom tissue rolls, and jumbo hand towel rolls used in both center-pull and auto-cut dispensers. It takes little time and effort to set up the machine to produce any of these three products.
The premade cores are manually fed onto expandable air shafts on which the machine will rewind the tissue web after being embossed, perforated, and slit to the required final width. The unwinding of the raw material rolls is done using wide belt driving and web tension control devices for perfect material flow.The machine is capable of running 1, 2 or 3 Ply Jumbo raw material Rolls.

A wide range of options are available upon request, such as: Special embossing units, edge embossing units, special power supply requirement, tail suction unit, and tail sealing unit.
