1. Payment

2. Shipment
The products will be shipped according to the appointed time after the payment is confirmed. The shipping time depends on the Transportation and the duration of the customs checking.

In unlikely event you are not satisfied with the transaction, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to resolve your issue. Please Do Not just to give us a negative feedback without giving us a chance to fix the issue.
4. Returns and Warranty
Please check the package while receiving it. If it is damage during the shipping, please refuse to sign for the package and it will be returned then contact us promptly.
If the items is defective upon receipt, please reported within 3 days and return within 7 days for exchange or refund after you receiving the package
Please make sure the item have NO man-made damage. And that the shipping and handling cost will not be refund, all return shipping cost should be paid by your side unless the items have serious quality problems.
All NON-seller mistake returns for refund will be subjected to 20% re-stocking cost,and you should undertake the transport expense back and forth .
