HBE-Z414 Self-shielding HardfacingWire
ØFeatures and Applications:
HBE-Z414N is an open-arc wirewith excellent technologyperformance and low spatter. The addition elements of Cr and Mo refinesresistance to temper-softening and obtain stable hardness.
Used on hardfacing ofconticaster rollers ,back-up rollers and high temperature plunger.
Ø Notes:
1. Remove the fatigue wear and heat the roller before welding.
2. Keeping wire dry before using.
3. Recommended current (DCEP),wire to be incontact with the positive pole.
