Name:HBE-317L Stainless Steel Flux-cored Wire
Standard:GB/T17853 E317LT-1 AWS A5.22 E317LT-1 JIS Z3223 TS317L-FBI
Features:HBE-317L consists of low C-18Cr-12Ni-3Mo . It has excellent mechanical properties and suitable for all-position welding performance. Stable electric arc ,less spatter and better slug detachability when welding . It has excellent resistance to the pitting corrosion and intergranular corrsion by virtue of higher percentage of molybdenum .
Applications:Suitable for welding Cr19-Ni13-Mo3(317L) and Cr18-Ni12-Mo2-N(316LN) stainless steel . It is primarily applied to the welding of Petroleum refining ,chemical industry and surfacing repair .
Note: 1.Ensure the purity of shielding gas and mixing ratio of properly mixed gas is well controlled ,with flow at 20-25L/min.
2. Keep the electrode extension between 15-25mm.
3. Recommended current (DCEP)Wire to be in contacted with positive pole.
4. Please clean the appearance of base metal before welding .
5. Use the wire under the best possible condition . It should be used up as soon as possible if it's unpacked .
