Standard:GB/T17853 E308LT-1 AWS A5.22 E308LT-1 JIS Z3223 TS308L-FBI
Features:HBE-308L consists of low C-18Cr-8Ni and it is the most widely used welding material for austenitic stainless steel . Suitable for for all positions welding performance . Stable electric arc ,less spatter and better slug detachability when welding . In addition to appropriate percentage of Fe and C ,it can effectively prevent the intergranular corrosion and welding crack .
Applications:Suitable for petro-chemical equipment and pressure vessels ,applicable to weld Cr18-Ni8(304L) stainless steel .
Note: 1.Ensure the purity of shielding gas and mixing ratio of properly mixed gas is well controlled ,with flow at 20-25L/min.
2. Keep the electrode extension between 15-25mm.
3. Recommended current (DCEP)Wire to be in contacted with positive pole.
4. Please clean the appearance of base metal before welding .
5. Use the wire under the best possible condition . It should be used up as soon as possible if it's unpacked .
