The flights are plastic accessories to be inserted across the belt. They are used to push the product in ascent, descent or accompaniment applications, 

avoiding that it slips along the belt.

Its non-stick side has ribs that project over the surface to prevent the product from sticking.

It is possible to cut down the standard height for special applications.

Series E30 Trian Friction Top succeeds in combining plastic and rubber in one only piece taking advantage both of modular system and of adherence. 

It has been designed with small transversal triangles, like mini flights, and it provides an easy and efficient cleaning.

The rubber is manufactured in three Shore grades, A45, A55 and A64, covering a wide range between two different features: grip and wear.

The problem of space is usual in this industry. But with our E93 belt we can stock a several-hour output, while we cool it, in a bit less than 25 square metres.

Sometimes long conveyors with product, during its processing or even already packed, will be required to go over the whole manufacturing area at a height

 free of machines and obstacles. In these cases, it will be necessary a modular belt highly resistant, like our E30 belt, which do not require any surveillance avoiding any stop in the manufacture process.

If the disposition of the product is an essential factor to carry out its packing by means of automatic systems, our E30 belt reduces the transfer diameter to 

the minimum, preventing the product from getting misplaced during the transfer or at the end of the line.

In the snacks industry the conveyor belts are an essential part of the production on a large scale. The product in bulk is conveyed at the same time that it is

 processed, until the final product is obtained.So, if we talk about a potato chips line, the potatoes coming from land will be collected, washed, and carried to

 the peeling-cutting machine by our plastic modular belts. Once they have been cut, we will convey them to a bath to regulate their starch. When they have

 come out from the fryer we will transport them as they are salted, or some flavours are added, to carry them later on for their weighing and bagging. Likewise

 we will convey the bags for their storage.Salt and oil are present in most of the processes of this industry, which is not tolerated by the conventional belt 

system. Only the modular belts, injected with plastics more and more resistant to abrasion, provide a satisfactory result for abrasive environments.

But if the user use it in a wrong way, we can not provide any goods for free .
