and protect the dam and reinforce the roadbed of the expressway and
railway, it is also used as the flood prevention net, dust-block and
wall-protection net, and the mine top net, etc

The production line is made up of four parts: plate-making part,
hole-punching part, longitudinal stretching part, transversal stretching
part. Electric control of all parts is operated on the touch screen,
which can read the datum and realize the remote control, convenient,
accurate, and reliable.
Plate-making part: domestic brand extruder, import controller and temperature control meter; three-roller transmits independently, and
adopts reducer connected directly with SEW or HANSEN inverter, the
transmission is steady, precision is high, it is also equipped with
automatic gauge meter and trimmer, automatic fix length cutter device.
Hole-punching part: it adopts hydraulic (or mechanic)
transmission device to punch the holes, import servo step motor to feed the plate, which ensures the device runs steadily, the punching
precision is high, low noise and easy for operation.
Longitudinal stretching part: it adopts several hot stretching rollers, which ensures the uniformity and
quality of the plate. The heat source is heat conductive oil, the temperature is adjusted automatically by
import temperature control meter and pneumatic membrane adjusting valve. The longitudinal stretched
product is conveyed to transversal stretching device after preheating, forming and haul-off.
Transversal stretching part: the longitudinal product is heated by the hot air generated from the heat
exchanger heated by the hot oil, the final bi-oriented geogrid product is got after preheating, forming and haul-off. It adopts foreign advanced rolling clamp, which could reduce the friction, improve the efficiency, and
prolong the service life of the device.
