Functions and features:
1).It can work under vacuum, oxidizing atmosphere and insert gas.
2) The vacuum degree can reach 10-1 Pa, and the highest vacuum can reach 10-1Pa.
3) Adopt the ceramic fiber as the insulated material of the chamber.
