Functions and features
1. Small floor space and low power consumption (power of whole set equipment less than 15kg)
2. Industry grade stainless steel used in main engine and high-performance industrial gauge (Japanese F701 gauge) used in control system, which is appropriate for severe environment including cold weather and moist weather.
3. Magnitude 2 quake free, multi-grade filtering technology and precise measurement.
4. Auto control with high speed 485 or 232 communication interface,. It can store up several formulas, which can be changed according to customers' need.
5. Auto mixing/blending and packing, uniform blending, accurate and elaborate packing. No isolation happens during packing process. Scope of batching and blending can be adjusted in the scope of 10-100kg, it avoids the trouble that more percentage should be added in the production and the isolation phenomenon, cost is saved.
6. The actuating mechanism is driven by pneumatic machine, 2 grades material feeding, single measurement and accumulation measurement, fast production.
7. This control system is provided with functions of zero-position tracking, auto less tare, rough measurement and auto compensation on drop, auto measurement on over-momentum and alert on malfunction.
