Paper Core Cutter( paper core cutting machine):
Description:
1). suitable for cutting all kinds of paper tube whose lenght is longer.
2). it adopts programmed control system and meter counter,so all the working parameter can set up on the control panel.
3). carriager moving speed is about 300mm per second, so it can save time and improve production efficiency.
4). Chuck is used to fix paper tube, it make paper tube rotate when the machine is working.
This design can extend mandril and blades service life.
5). Adopt imported moving rail and moving screw rod to improve machine's performance.
6). Adopt imported servo motor and servo amplifier so as to make driving system more
steady and make the cutting length more accurate (its error will be kept within 0.15mm).
7). Equipped with touch screen, so the cutting length can be adjusted on it directly.
