Product Description
we have much plenty process method to make irregular shapes and precise tolerance.
The shape have both diameter, the upper diameter is 3.175mm and the bottom diameter is 6.35mm. we used grinding machine to make the upper diameter.
the tolerance of each dimensions is +/-0.03mm. The salt spray test for Zn coating can reach 48hours.
A German customer want 30pcs samples in the May of 2011. Now they order 100,000pcs/month.
Due to the quantity gets larger and larger, we purchased a new grinding machine with better precision from Japan to gurantee the tolerance getting smaller and smaller.
