Product Introduction:
Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber board takes ceramic fibers as the main raw materials ,After fiber processing, slag removaling,then add some organic and inorganic binder,through vacuum forming process,to be made into high-strength fiber board .Products are divided into :common,high pure ,high aluminum,zirconium type ceramic fiber board.
The ceramic fiber board with the advantage of uniform quality , smoothly surface ,pure white color, the working temperature can be reached into 950°C-1430°C,Products with low shot content, achieving the best insulation performance,with average density, hardness, strength of the highest uniformity ,products can be turning, milling, planing, grinding, drilling, cutting, carving, etc processing. This product is hard and tough,with high strength and excellent high temperature performance and support force.
The production process adopts indoor operation,the workers just wearing simple protective measures , such as gloves, mask glasses ,noharm to the human body, without any side-effects.
